Aliso Viejo offices now 94% full

A wave of new leases at Aliso Viejo’s 20 Enterprise and 30 Enterprise office buildings brings occupancy to 94 percent, according to developers Parker Properties and RREEF Alternative Investments.
These buildings are the newest in the Summit Office Campus, a 1.7 million square foot campus featuring 11 office buildings. The new deals:

 Semiconductor maker Marvell Semiconductor expanded current space by 14,961 square feet to 37,047 for five years.
• Healthcare’s Bausch + Lomb added 36,000 sqaure feet to a total of 60,583 to consolidate its national surgical group.
• Computer-service provider UST Global moved cross town into 30,136 square feet of space in a five-year lease.
• AVANIR Pharmaceuticals moved cross town to sign a five-year lease for 29,790 square feet of space.
• Location technology’s Telogis moved its headquarters across town to 25,967 square feet of space in a five-year lease.
• Food chain Johnny Rockets moved its headquarters from Lake Forest to 11,303 square feet for five years.
• Benefits manager Benefits Resource relocated from Laguna Beach into 6,353 square feet for five years.
